Estimates and inspections

• Free inspections and estimates carry no obligation to hire us.
• A written, signed proposal is the only binding description of scope and price for your project.
• Scope or price may change if hidden damage such as rotted decking is found once work begins; we will tell you before proceeding.

Warranty

Our 10-year workmanship warranty is described on our warranty page and is governed by the written warranty document provided with your completed project. Manufacturer material warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to their own terms.

Insurance claims

We can inspect your roof, document damage, and meet your adjuster on site. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or attorney, and we do not negotiate or adjust claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier. Colorado law prohibits a contractor from paying, waiving, or rebating any part of your insurance deductible, and we do not do so.

Financing

Financing is offered through Sunlight Financial, an independent third-party lender. Approval, rates, and terms are determined by the lender, not by us.

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your request. See our privacy policy for details and opt-out instructions.

Photos, reviews, and trademarks

• Project photos, text, and graphics on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.
• Reviews and testimonials reflect the experience of individual customers; results vary by project.
• Manufacturer names and logos, such as GAF and Atlas Roofing, belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the products we install.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
