Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information All Phase Gutters and Roofing collects when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you need, and anything you write in a message or tell us on a call.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, used to keep the site working and understand how visitors find us.
- Review content: reviews you leave on Google are public and are displayed on this site through our reviews widget.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule a free inspection, and provide estimates and roofing, gutter, or storm-restoration services.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project.
- To assist with an insurance claim when you ask us to.
- To keep records of work performed, including warranty coverage.
- To improve our website and understand which pages help homeowners.
Calls and text messages
When you submit a form or give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase, and we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to do the work or run the business:
- Service providers that host this website, store our leads, deliver our email, and power our reviews display.
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster, when you ask us to help with a claim.
- Material suppliers or subcontractors when required to complete your project.
- Financing partners, such as Sunlight Financial, only if you choose to apply for financing.
- Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn) that receive website activity data through the pixels described below, so we can measure and target our ads.
- Law enforcement or others when required by law.
Cookies, pixels, and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies (including pixels, tags, local storage, and device identifiers). We group them as follows:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to load, keep pages secure, and let forms submit. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics: measure traffic, page performance, and which pages help homeowners, for example Google Analytics.
- Advertising and conversion tracking: we run paid advertising and may place advertising pixels such as the Google Ads tag, Meta (Facebook) pixel, Microsoft/Bing UET, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar. These record that you visited a page or submitted a form so we can measure ad performance, avoid showing you irrelevant ads, and show you our ads on other websites and apps (remarketing).
- Third-party embeds: our reviews widget and any embedded maps or video may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Advertising pixels are set by the ad platforms themselves and may allow them to associate your visit with a profile they maintain. We do not send them your name, phone number, email address, or the contents of your message unless you have asked us to contact you and we are using a hashed, privacy-protected conversion measurement feature offered by that platform. We never sell your personal information for money.
Your advertising and tracking choices
- Browser controls: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you block strictly necessary cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor a GPC signal sent by your browser as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required by law.
- Do Not Track: browsers send this signal inconsistently, so we respond to GPC instead.
- Ad platform opt-outs: Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
- Mobile devices: use your device's limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized advertising setting.
- Ask us directly: call, text, or email us and we will opt you out of targeted advertising and remarketing tied to this site.
Colorado residents have the right under the Colorado Privacy Act to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Sharing data with advertising platforms for remarketing may be considered targeted advertising or a "sale" under some state laws. To exercise this right, use the controls above or contact us at (719) 495-8885 or contact@allphaseroofing.pro. We will not discriminate against you for opting out.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranty obligations, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or of emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; contact us to exercise them.
To make a request, call or text (719) 495-8885 or email contact@allphaseroofing.pro. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
